We’re committed to sustainability and efficient material recovery. The Reel Return Program offers compensation for eligible steel reel components returned to our facility in acceptable, reusable condition. Review the guidelines below before arranging a return shipment.
All returned materials are subject to inspection and approval prior to payment.
What we can take back.
Accepted
- Structurally sound
- Free of excessive rust or corrosion
- Free of bends or deformation
- Safe to handle and transport
Not accepted
- Rusted or heavily corroded
- Bent or warped
- Cracked or broken
- Structurally compromised
- Excessively modified or damaged
HDPE Pipe Solutions reserves the right to reject any returned materials that do not meet program standards.
How to send reels back.
Preferred configuration
For unloading and processing efficiency, we strongly prefer reels to be broken down prior to shipment.
Freight & shipping
The returning party is responsible for freight costs. All shipments must be freight prepaid unless otherwise approved in writing. HDPE Pipe Solutions is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.

- Company name
- Contact name and phone number
- Quantity of components being returned
- Reel sizes and descriptions
- Reference PO or shipment information (if available)

- Returned components are inspected by HDPE Pipe Solutions personnel.
- Accepted quantities are verified.
- Compensation is issued based on approved material counts and sizes.

Safety & Program Terms
All returned materials must be properly secured for transport, safe to unload and handle, and delivered in compliance with applicable transportation regulations. HDPE Pipe Solutions reserves the right to refuse unsafe deliveries.
HDPE Pipe Solutions reserves the right to refuse nonconforming materials, or to suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
